Clint Cooper walks the radio listeners through the process from the first inspection, to the work getting done to the service given to the customer after the job is done.

Technology has allowed a lot of foundations and driveways to be lifted using a dime-sized hole and a special foam that hardens within a minutes. Redeemers Group can raise a driveway using this technology and you can park a car on the driveway within about 15 minutes following the job completion.

Redeemers Group can use this technology to pick up an entire house if needed.

Roofing Story Time

Once upon a time in the Midsouth, a roofer knocked on a door, promised the doubting homeowner a new roof and wham-o the insurance company came out to look at the storm damage and handed the surprised resident a big, beautiful roof replacement check, the roof was replaced and the family lived happily ever after. The End.

Not anymore. In 2022, roofers still knock on doors (except me) and promise a new roof from insurance, but now the insurance company often no longer even comes out but sends a middle-man ladder assist company, then the insurance company which has not been on your roof offers a repair settlement or often nothing at all because magically the repairs are just below your policy deductible. It’s not impossible to get a new roof from storm damage but it’s harder than it’s ever been and getting rare to get a full roof replacement from insurance.

Here’s the problem when insurance is MIA: Damaged, worn out, leaking roofs still need to be replaced. What strategies can be used?

  1. Half’n Half: insurance pays for part and the homeowner pays the rest

  2. O.O.P: homeowner pays Out Of Pocket for repairs or replacement

  3. Easy Payments: homeowner enjoys a new roof and easy payments*

The other common call:

Jo, we have racked up some credit card debt and owe quite a lot on a home equity line of credit on our house. It is costing us more as the payments go up on these loans. Can we look at refinancing our mortgage to roll in the home equity line and credit card debt? We would like to have all our debt on one fixed-rate loan. “
